The guesthouse is without any complaints, well maintained, clean with strictly defined rules that do not affect the quality of the stay. It contains all the necessary cooking facilities so you can prepare your own meal unless you use their restaurant service, on which you, as a guest, will be given a 15% discount. EXCELLENT is the word that best describes this accommodation

The location and the facilities (great bed!). The fact that the their restaurant next door is absolutely worth going to! Thanks Zoltan and the family for a great stay.

The host was very kind and helpful, I got all the information I need before my arrival, during my stay and regarding my chekcout. The location is great, close to Tihany and Balatonfüred, would highly recommend it to people visiting the area! I'll definitely come back if in the future! :)

Everything was great, there was nothing I didn't like.

They say that if something seems to good to be true it is. But Zoltan runs a perfect guesthouse. He is really proud of it and he should be! Initially I booked 4 days but on arrival I added one day. After that I added another 8 days to my stay. You can text him with al you're needs and get an immediate response. He will do his best to make you feel at home. The room is always a nice 23 degrees without airco because of the waterpump system the house runs on. The bed is really comfortable. You have acces to a fully equiped kitchen so making you re own dinner is a breeze. The room has its own balcony where you can smoke and relax in the evening sun. Wifi connection is really stable through the whole house. Everything was really clean! The family runs a restaurant next to the house with amazing food. They served me the best vegan dish I ever ate. If I could cook like that I would never eat meat again. The area is perfect for bikers, hikers, sunbathers and to kayak or sup. You can rent the kayaks from Adam Schmuck in the village next to Orvenyes. He even rents out Surfski's. Other watersports are also available in nearby villages. I felt like I was staying in a 5 star hotel for the price of a hostel.

We were warmly welcomed by Zoltan and was upgraded to a family suite. The family restaurant served us the best meals we had in Hungary accompanied with their house wine.

The internet didn’t work well in our suite. The cooling wall was great but we found that it didn’t cool us enough when it’s more than 28 degrees outside. Our rooms were close to the main road and it is quite noisy especially when the windows are opened.

What a nice place. Calm, beautifull and friendly. The owners have a nice restaurant next door (wich you get a discount), and a bike rental. And they are very helpful.

There was a dog in the house across the street, who would bark at most people, and it seemed that the ovners of it, did not care. But this was just a minor disturbance.
