Traumhafter Ausblick...sehr leckeres Essen...super Frühstück

Ganz tolle Lage und perfekter Service. Darüber hinaus war das Restaurant auch sehr gut.

Die Suite war gut eingerichtet aber was soll darin eine ganze Kücheneinrichtung ohne jegliches Geschirr??

The location is outstanding

I dont even know where to start. Everything from the room, that was placed next to the parking, and where we had a cockroach (which can happen), to the extremely poor breakfast, was on a very poor level. Furthermore, i had a hair in my breakfast, which the extremely sweet Girl and guy who served at the breakfast, was extremely great at dealing with. But when their manager came, after they took my plate, she claimed “they inspected it, and it was from the mushroom”. Uforfortunately for her, i already took a picture. Running from responsibility is just not really smart and made us distrust the management here at the hotel even more. 2.000 euros for 3 nights, at a place that gives you processed juice from a plastic bottle, indicates that every penny is to be saved. The staff is extremely focused on selling to you all the time. Which i didnt really like. Overall, South Africa has been top level all the way with accomendation, But this place destroyed a fair share of our experience in Winelands.

Dieses Unterkunft haben wird auf Grund des Bildes mit der tollen Aussicht gebucht. Es war nicht ersichtlich, das direkt vor der Terrasse die PKWs zum Parkplatz fuhren, die Gäste alle zum Pool an der Terrasse vorbei müssen, und der Eingang zum Restaurant direkt neben der Terrasse war, also keine Privatsphäre. Das Essen entsprach nicht unserer Erwartung.

What a dream this place is. Such an amazing view to take in by the pool with some wine or at breakfast. Staff are very accommodating & do all they can to make your stay the best.

Wunderschöne Aussicht auf den Simonsberg. Schönes Anwesen und top lage als ausgagslage für diverse Weinverkostungen.

Leider haben einige dinge nicht zu 100% gepasst. Das Zimmer war grundsätzlich sauber, jedoch hat es im Badezimmer recht intensiv nach Kanal gerochen. Ebefalls waren die Zimmer SEHR hellhörig, da die Dichtung an der Türe quasi nicht existent war. Man konnte so jedes Wort am Gang vor der Türe und im Nebenzimmer hören. Das Restaurant ist auch fragwürdig - das Frühstück ist ok, jedoch war der Service beim Abendessen so ziemlich das schlechteste was ich in Südafrika erlebt habe.
