The apartment was clean and spacious and relatively close to Bari airport after a late flight for an overnight stay.

The apartment was not as offered on the site. It was offered as 2 single beds. Casa Viky has no rooms with single or twin beds, only double beds. The host did not apologise for this error when I showed him the booking confirmation. Also the host took an hour to let us in to the apartment even when told when we would arrive and being messaged from the airport. The room lacked any kettle or facilities to make coffee. Very basic for the price.

The room is perfect the villa is equipped with everything, there is small pool and it was clean and the owner was friendy with us.

The villa is away from the Bus station and also to replace out breakfast vouchers we needed to walk around 20 mins far way from the villa without any transportation facilities. the villa is far from all the facilites you need to have a car.

The house boasts 4 rooms, one shared bathroom, and a rooftop terrace with views that might distract you from the fact there’s no privacy. The "Sun" and "Moon" rooms are okay (if you don’t mind sharing a bathroom and a fridge like it’s summer camp), but the other 3 rooms are so tiny you’ll need to step outside just to change your mind. And no AC? Good luck surviving July and August—it’s like living in a sauna without the luxury. The pool? It’s just a bit of water held together by fabric. There’s even a room in the basement with a window so tiny, it feels like a punishment to stay there!

Apparently, the price is the same for all rooms, but you’ll get whatever’s left. We drove 10 minutes for breakfast, only to be served the world’s tiniest cappuccino and a croissant (imagine walking in the sun). And by the way, the cameras positioned at every angle make the place feel like a prison. On top of that, I was required to submit my ID for taking pictures like I’d committed a crime. (Hey mister, should I also request your ID just in case?Booking already has my documents and will share them with you if there’s ever a need. Dear owner, please consider reducing your price to 50 euros per night, which is a more realistic reflection of what’s actually there, and remove "breakfast" from the description (because people are expecting bacon, omelets, and fresh veggies). You’ll see how quickly the negative reviews turn into decent ones.

The room was modern and pristine, boasting a nice bathroom. The host assisted with transportation arrangements. A significant advantage is the inclusion of a swimming pool, which is particularly welcome given the rocky seaside terrain.”

Hard to say... Maybe the location.

No airport shuttle offered even when it is advertised. When i arrived at the property, there was nobody there. The front gate was locked and nobody answered to the doorbells. I needed about 30 minutes to contact the host and find out how to get inside by entering some codes at the main gate. The breakfast is not in the location, it is somwhere 1km away so, useless. The invoice the host offers is actually a receipt hand written and sent as a photo on Whatsapp and/or Email. In our accounting system this is, again, useless. I asked for a proper invoice but fsiled to receive it. And lastly, the amount the host mentioned on the receipt is not the complete smount. At the booking i paid 80 Euro and the receipt states only 78 Euro, without the 2 Euro city tax. This is really a strange approach.

The host gave me the keys, he was very nice. He explained everything, what was in the house and in the neighborhood. You can park in front of the house or on the property.

The apartment is on the basement level. You need to be aware of this and don't expect either normal windows or a sea view. There are two rooms, each lockable and for shared use: kitchen, toilet, shower and living room. The sea is across the street, there is no beach, there are rock slabs typical of this part of the coast.

It was close to where I needed to be.

The property was fine. I felt the locals were a bit unwelcoming. Property owners were great and responded to messages quickly.
