The property looks good on the outside, but the carpentry on the inside, as well as their common areas are dirty.

The location. No sidewalks, no easy access to get downtown, and nothing to do in the neighborhood. Second, their staff. Simply put, they’re rude. Lastly,

Nothing, really. It was the only available location, but I would rather sleep in my car then stay here again.

I totally disliked the location. Additionally, we had a room right next to some skiers who were incredibly loud and no-one did anything about it. Additionally, there is a bad sewer odor in the room. We kept the windows open for long periods, but it was therefore freezing during the night.

The location, it looks very nice from the outside. The lady at the bar was very kind👍

-when I arrived they told me that they had no more rooms and gave me an apartment, (the suite for events) I had to cross the wedding hall, a place without light, where it smelled strongly as in the kitchen -the lid of the toilet bowl was smaller than the bowl -the walls of the room had cracks -the socket next to the bed does not work -it's a pity, it can be seen that the owner invested a lot of money buying quality things, I think maintenance is the problem.

very comfortable large, clean room, kind helpful staff, a good restaurant available.

The breakfast is somewhat simple, but that is the custom throughout Bulgaria
