The location was fantastic overlooking the Harbour. Really enjoyed starting the day with a coffee on the balcony and a glass of wine in the afternoon sun.

One of my favourite hotels I’ve ever stayed at - location is excellent, and Kostandina was an excellent host. Would highly recommend.

Έμεινα πραγματικά πολύ ικανοποιημένη. Το προσωπικό ήταν εξαιρετικό, πάντα ευγενικό, πρόθυμο να βοηθήσει και με πραγματικό ενδιαφέρον για την άνεση των επισκεπτών. Ο χώρος ήταν καθαρός, πολύ άνετος, με όλες τις παροχές που χρειάζονται για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή. Η τοποθεσία ακριβώς πάνω στο λιμανάκι πολύ βολική για μετακινήσεις. Συνολικά, ήταν μια πολύ θετική εμπειρία και θα το συνιστούσα χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη σε όποιον ψάχνει για ένα ποιοτικό και φιλόξενο κατάλυμα. Προσωπικά θα είναι η επιλογή μου κάθε φορά που θα επισκέπτομαι τα Χανιά.

The location and the room.

Dealing with the owner. We booked a room with a balcony which was clearly shown on our confirmed booking and in the advert on booking.com.Yet a few days before our arrival the owner contacted us to say the room didn't have a balcony but it had an outside area with a view of the sky (this was within and enclosed outside area with room for 2 chairs surrounded by buildings with a square of the sky visible) The owner was difficult to deal with and I had to contact booking.com to receive compensation for the failure to provide a balcony. I will not be booking this accommodation again.

Tolle Lage! Herrlicher Blick vom großzügigen Balkon. Eine wunderbare Gastgeberin. Sehr liebevoll und hilfsbereit! Auch die Dame am Empfang war sehr liebenswert! Absolut Empfehlenswert!

Eine Nacht war es sehr laut von einer naheliegenden Diskothek.
