CAN YOU CHECK IF I PAID FOR MY ROOM BY BANK DETAILS BECAUSE THE MALE RECEPTIONIST TOOK 3500 KSH CASH FROM ME BEFORE GIVING ME THE ROOM

Please check why I had to pay at property and why I was charged 3500ksh.it was suposed to B. 3225ksh

Staff was friendly and kind.

The AC didn’t work. The ceiling fan didn’t work either for many hours each night, those hours that were affected by the regular power cuts. Without any working electricity back-up the room overheated so badly that we could only stay 5 out of 10 nights booked, no refund given. The low-level interior was missing basic equipment, especially in the bedroom that had neither mirrors nor a toilet (bum) shower. The regular shower was not working, only a bucket shower was possible. In Thailand those low standards don’t even exist. In India this room would be 3 USD. Here it was 35 dollars - a scandal! The location right next to a noisy night club didn’t make our nights more restful either.

La atención del personal fuè fabulosa.La amplitud de la habitación.La cercanoa a la playa,facilitaba el ir a ella andando.Cuando me fui,me facilitaron información y transporte para mi próximo destino.

El fin de semana habia mucha bulla fuera que podria impedir el descanso si no se dispone de tapones para los oidos.Aunque no se si eso es achacable al alojamiento. Por la noche,la tensión de la corriente eléctrica disminuía e incluso se llegaba a cortar por lo que el ventilador dejaba de funcionar y el calor se hacia molesto hasta que volvía la luz. El último dia el wifi se quedó sin servicio de internet y nadie supo solucionar ese inconveniente.Cuando funcionaba,tampoco lo hacia correctamente pués iba y venia. En la cocina habia hormigas que invadieron el pollo que tenia previsto cenar. Y los utensilios de cocina cómo sartenes y cubiertos,estaban envejecidos y necesitan ser restituidos.

Stanza spartana, no acqua calda, buia, disordine nella struttura. Zona rumorosa dalle 5 del pomeriggio.
