Communication was quick and helpful. The owner offered us a paid transport from the airport which was nice.

The owner you runs this guesthouse is very helpful with excellent english and clear communication. He also provides an airport shuttle service at the same price as a Bolt/Yandex, which is extremely convenient. The Guesthouse itself has everything you need, with a kitchen and large bathroom with seperate shower and washing machine (5 Lari for a load). Everything is extremely clean and the bed is very comfortable.

Unfortunately the nearby metro station is undergoing repairs and is closed. There is nothing the owner can do about this, but it does mean a very inconvenient bus trip from the nearest metro station with all the other people trying to get there... It is only for a month or two, but if you are relying on public transport is more difficult to get there. As soon as it is open again, I wouldn't hesitate to recomment this guesthouse for anyone travelling between the city centre and the airport

Location, helpful host, huge outside eating area

The host was very informative and nice, helped us with the suitcases and with information in the morning. The host also helped us on the phone and gave us more directions. Our rooms were on the second floor (without an elevator) and the rooms were nice and clean. The kitchen is shared and had everything we could want.

The shower water pressure was very weak. Going to the apartment in a taxi felt pretty sketchy, the area at night is not the nicest, but at day it was totally fine.

The host is very hospitable and welcoming. Thanks to mr el, whom we call baba. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay, quiet and hided from city noises. Good location next to subway station and not far from the airport. Around this area plenty of open market places and on the second floor of the villa you will find kitchen with all required stuff for cooking. Very attentive host. I've been in this villa two times.
