The staff (one lady) was very kind though and it's convenient because it's close to the beach an amenities.and the room was spacious shame.

Check in time is very late only at 2pm, you pay an extra R150 if you check in before. Floors are dirty and not mopped, windows are not clean and no window in the bathroom, WiFi signal so bad they should just not offer it at all because it doesn't work. Microwave old and dirty, room is stuffy. the price is too much for a place like that.

You should consider offering breakfast in future. We bought food from Spar.

I was supposed to watch the Quarter Finals of Women Rugby between Springboks and New Zealand, but I could not because your TV was a disaster. It was only using Open View channel. I was even difficult to watch news. It was so sad. The issue of TV is the only aspect that can make me to doubt coming back.
