The Beach Hide

The lady Trish, was accommodative and too kind/amazing… she attended to all our needs without complaining. Water was warm throughout.

The floors and blanket were dirty, the room had cockroaches, weird smell and the bed was rock hard and uncomfortable.

The bed Was Comfortable and the water from the shower was hot, the location was closer to where our event was.

We couldn't take the smell of carpets, yoh they stink.

I didn't use the place due to its condition and the correspondancy I got and I had to book other place and no refund was given back to me.

I didn’t get the room that I paid for on booking.com , the room had bad lighting and I didn’t like it , wasn’t the room I booked , I called the owner, he did not help at all . The curtains were not in good condition, the sink was had rust , the shower head has rust , the door was making a noise because it was not in good condition too . I was booked for 2 adults but the other adult didn’t come but I got there in the room and there was 1 towel with stains . Yerrr I don’t want to be at any of their accommodations .
