The location was perfect.

The odour in the room. The room smelt like it has been closed for a month. The place literally has no parking space, and the gate is so small it even damaged my car mirrors.

The Room wasnt thoroughly clean,no fresh towels,no extra blankets,the passageway into the yard is extremely narrow and parking is small if you have a big car like me.
