L'emplacement du logement est très agréable, au fond d'une impasse, au bord du lac. Chambre simple mais qui fait tout à fait l'affaire pour 1 nuit.

L'espace en commun est assez petit, si tous les usagers souhaitent cuisiner ou manger en même temps, l'espace est assez restreint.
