Great location, -in old part of town, walking distance to restaurants and attractions, comfortable unit, good wi-fi

the kitchen is NOT private , is shared with others. but the host provided me with electric kettle , which was all I needed, there is hot water but you have to wait for it like 5-10min

The lady that runs the guesthouse was extremely friendly, it was a pleasure to talk to her. The common space was beautiful, and the room itself was also really nice, spacious and comfortable. Location is very convenient for visiting one of the famous Tbilisi bathhouses
