Stylish Seaview Rooftop

The terrasse is amazing, it's private, it's higher than the building around, so the view is great and noone can directly see us. The flat is small but cosy. It's not so warm, I didn't use the air condionner even if I was here at the end of July. It's possible to make an air stream by opening the windows of each side (and by the way, there are good Moskitos protection for both of them).

It's difficult to eat in the flat (no cooking possibility, no microwave). I had to eat outside (which was ok for me)...

Very private with great views and quiet for city centre.

The location is amazing and the view is absolutely incredible! we loved our stay there and we will definitely come back. The host is very very nice and helpful with everything. The host recommended a few thing and we tried them and it was amazing. We went to see the fish huts in Perea by boat, I really recommend it! We needed a late check in abd it was no problem at all! On our last day of vacation, we were already checked out but we needed a place to stay since if was raining really hard, the host did not have a problem with us staying later. The city is nice, the waterfront, the white tower, the umbrellas and the port is really worth seeing. The gastronomy is incredible! The room is perfect for a short vacation and it was really clean, the bathroom is spacious. There was a complimentary water in the fridge. Thank you very much, we enjoyed our stay.

Nothing, everything was great!

What I liked most was the central location. F.ex it was 5min from the X01 bus stop to get to the Airport, near the main Aristotle square. Communication with the host was always super easy and nice. The room had everything it needed. It could only have more coffee capsules for the Dolce Gusto machine. But as I was alone it was fine, I could cover 2 of 3 days. There even was a free bottle of water in the fridge. Very nice touch. Last but certainly not least, the terrace was amazing!

There are two things that bothered me a lot. First, I woke up several times the first night due to the noice the elevator makes. Whenever it stops there is a loud (enough) thudding sound for me to wake up. I then had to use oropax which is not very comfortable and always bears the risk to miss the alarm clock :-/ Second, the smell in the bathroom. It constantly smelled of cooked (asian?) food - and not in a good way. Opening the small window did not help - keeping it closed neither. As in addition the door to the bathroom did not close well, I had to keep it key locked all times. Then it was fine in the room, but taking a shower in the morning was not very pleasant:-( And then I noticed that it was quite dusty in the corners. But I could habe lived with that.

Very good location near to the center ( restaurants, shoping, curch Agios Dimitrios, market , sea and promenade ). The room is clean with all you need and terrace is wonderfull with best view at the sea and the city. The owner , Ms Anna wonderfull person and can help you if you need it. We will return certainly.

We had a fantastic stay! Anna and Robert are super friendly & helpful hosts. They speak English & German, gave great tips for the area and were extremely accommodating (late check-in and check-out were not a problem at all). The apartment is right in the city center, approx. 10 minutes from the waterfront by foot with lots of restaurants, bars and coffee places nearby. There's also a 24/7 convenience shop right down the street. The room is small but cozy, super clean, very modern and tastefully furnished & equipped with everything you need, from a coffee machine to a steam iron. The huge terrasse is an absolute gem - you can see the entire city, the sea, and even the mountains. Definitely one of the best places we've been to so far, we're hoping to come back soon - Thanks Anna & Robert! :)

Excellent location with a very big roof-space and spectacular view. I was enjoying in sunbathing, reading books and watching the sea, ships and mount Olympus. The personal is very kind. The parking (Karavan Sarai) is practically beside the facility. My wife likes the place; I like it too. We will come again.
