Tip top Ferienwohnung. Vermitter total freundlich. Komplette Ausstattung mit Geschirr und dergleichen. Alles wirkte neu. Ein großer Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer. Restaurant in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Alles!!! Herzlicher Empfang mit wichtigsten Erklärungen.... Ohne aufdringlich zu sein.... Lösungsorientiert.... Immer erreichbar und hilfsbereit.. . Echte griechische Gastfreundschaft! Super saubere Unterkunft vom Zimmer über Bad bis Balkon! In echt viel moderner als auf den Bildern... Mit spektakulärer Aussicht... Küche mit dem Notwendigsten ausgestattet, Taverne 1 min Fußweg, Supermarkt 600 m ... 35 min nach Parga, 20 min nach Preveza, ruhig gelegen.... Preis-Leistung unschlagbar!!! Wir haben direkt zwei Nächte verlängert!!!

I booked on late notice, and yet, Spiros was still there to welcome me and give me any information needed. I wish I would have been able to arrive sooner and stay longer to really appreciate the beauty and peacefulness of the place. There is a grocery store nearby where I was able to get some breakfast foods. Spiros sent an option for a Taverna as well, but I chose to stay in. Hearing the ocean at night and then waking up to a magnificent view in the morning was amazing. The patio outside was the perfect opportunity to enjoy the breakfast. The room was large, clean, and had everything needed and more. I would highly recommend this place!

Turning on the shower. I am sure it was just me, but I struggled with it. Luckily, Spiros was super patient walking me through it. That being said, once the shower was on, it was lovely.

Perfect journey in the apartment, very confortable nice view and communication with the host!

- very friendly and helpful host - cozy room - almost on the beach - it's village: quiet and calm place - warm and sunny outside the high season - close enough to Preveza, i.e. city where you find shops and services - fantastic sea and sunset view (for rooms on the 2nd floor) - great value for money

- wifi is rather slow, not suitable for work (but if you have your own cellular router, it's easy to find a place with strong signal and high speed) - soundproofing is on a weaker side (not an issue though outside the high season)
