Staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast was huge and delicious, the room was all that I needed and it was quiet and easy to get too.

Nothing comes to mind it was nice.

"Pleasant but over priced."

It felt secure, the location was near the town centre and beach all within walking distance. The breakfast was okay, the facilities like a kettle and cups were all good and clean.

The bed was sunken, the main large window in the room had condensation, the toilet seat was not secured, the shower had mold around the door, the toilet paper holder was falling off. I know it’s an old house but very squeaky. The car park has trees that drip sap on the vehicles in the allocated parking area.

Nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful friendly and homely. I'm disabled and although I'm not wheel chair bound the stairs had a rail either side and as not steep. Breakfast as excellent and plenty of it.

n/a. long way down Victoria road, but adequate bus service and taxi reasonable. near the sea anyway

Staff superb. Bed super comfy. Brill location.

Not a fan of some cooked breakfast items (sausage, black pudding). Old decor / fixtures and fitting for £100 a night

The owner made us so welcome from 1st minute. Had fresh milk to make tea /Coffee in fridge room so lovely and fresh shower spotless. You could bring back a take -away and use the facilities in the dining room that was unbelievable good management. Breakfast in morning well it's 4pm and still not hungry
