"Sejurul a fost sub nivelul condițiilor prezentate."

A fost curat, relativ aproape de plajă (10-15 min de mers pe jos), personalul amabil.

Am rezervat o cameră la Vilă Kos, văzând ca aceste camere sunt mai mari/spațioase și au balcon propriu (nu la comun cu alte camere), însă am fost cazați la Vila Coty unde camerele sunt înghesuite, cu balconul la comun, etc., iar când i-am zis domnului patron ne-a urat să avem parte de vreme bună ca asta e cel mai important. Precizez ca prețul a fost încasat pentru Vila Kos. Când am ajuns ne-au întâmpinat pe balcon două perechi de chiloți. Zgomotul se aude foarte bine din camere, iar doamnele de la curățenie nu sunt deloc silențioase nici măcar la 08:00 AM.

Am fost sunată cu 10 minute înainte să ajung la cazare să mi se spună să nu vin ca nu mai au camere disponibile. Domnul care m-a sunat a zis ca nu a văzut rezervarea mea făcută cu o zi înainte și ca nu il interesează, sa nu vin ca nu sunt camere. Niciodată nu mi s-a întâmplat așa ceva cu o proprietate de pe booking dar horeca românească a reușit să mă dezamăgească din nou!
