"Bad customer services will never stay here . No Bali hospitality."

Hello my room was dirty I paid for four room two room have to have the same thing each sets but why when I arrived they gave me three difference type of room . There were no light bulb the room were all dark no AC no toilet paper it was just horrible. Then we ask about breakfast they said 8am we woke up at 7am nobody ask us or what so ever . Till we saw people have food so I was like why are they getting food and we not ? Then those people told us they been place an order at 7am so why the hell would I sit here for a whole hour till 8am to order my food when I could’ve been order at 7am bad customer services the hotel is a run down and they’re racist and discriminating and very rude and unprofessional .I didn’t feel the welcome Bali hospitality and room don’t have no water . But only one room that has a fridge TV bathtub and stand up shower while all the other room was dingy and run down but why is the price the same ? Such a scam .
