VnS Beachfront Guesthouse

Absolutely everything. There is nothing not to like about staying at VnS Guesthouse. The host and staff were absolutely lovely, and extremely welcoming. The view from the property is amazing. The location is absolutely perfect. The room was extremely clean and the owner’s dogs were the friendliest dogs we have met in all of Asia (which is very comforting as dog lovers). We asked where we could rent a scooter, the owner Ida, assured us that she could get us one. Within less than 20 minutes there was a scooter outside ready for us to use. She has been the most welcoming hostess we have met in the last 2 months of travelling around Asia.

The fact we had to leave. We were advised by a friend to stay for only 1 night in Nusa Penida, next time we visit VnS Guesthouse in Nusa Penida we will certainly be staying for 2 or more nights.

Located directly on the beach with stairs to the water. Staff were friendly and helpful. Let us keep bags at the Guesthouse after checking out to allow us to explore the island longer. Located within a quick scooter ride of many great restaurants.

Can be a bit hard to find.

This accommodation is right on the waterfront. Very new, the facilities are impeccable. Hot and cold shower, fridge, beautiful decor and very helpful and inquisitive owner. When I bought the room for the night it was also very cheap.Rather than a solo traveller, this residence is perfect for couples.

Needs better signage on the main road, so travellers can find it.

The view from the room is amazing, it has such a peaceful and relaxed vibe! The whole family are so helpful if you need anything!

No breakfast included. Used cafes close by. Waterfront location and able to snorkel out the front of property .

Thin towels not changed during stay.

Best place we stayed on our holiday. Room was beautiful and clean, views from the guesthouse were insane, and was a private little villa behind a small mart. Mel helped us organise everything, scooter, manta tour, taxi. She was an exceptional host, and her family there we super helpful and kind. Will be recommending to anyone I know going to Nusa Penida! Thanks Mel and family!

What a gem of a place with the added bonus of 2 super friendly dogs. Excellent communication, if you need absolutely anything, nothing too much trouble. We booked a couple of trips through them and again communication from Mel was outstanding. The room was spotless and the views were amazing ,only a few steps to the sea ,was slightly rocky at bottom of the steps but we had water shoes so we were fine, my husband went snorkeling and said it was brilliant and plenty to see. Really close to plenty of restaurants and cafes and a shop right behind. They are in the process of opening a restaurant will will be ideal (good luck with the opening). Will stay certainly stay again but for longer next time

The location is insane. Right on the waterfront, you could literally walk down the steps outside your room and you're snorkelling in an amazing reef. The staff are friendly and BONUS! There are dogs! The sweetest little puppers will cheekily enter your room and hang out, wanting tummy scratches. They are clean and friendly. The location is perfect, there's a mart right outside the hotel, and multiple beach bars to have brekky at. I recommend the smoothie bowl at Penida Colada.

It was a little noisy at night, if people chose to stay up and chat on the deck, as it's right outside the rooms. You could hear a bit of noise from the nearby bar, but it really wasn't too loud. There's not many facilities right now, and there's construction on your way in, but that wasn't a big deal.
