Communication very good via email and on site. Location fantastic, beach very close and many warrungs nearby. Big comfy bed, I asked for a flatter pillow and Agus happily helped me out and found one. Overall, great value for money and the location perfect.

Bathroom is old and rundown, toilet seat very stained and bathmat filthy or so badly stained it should be replaced. Shower is mandi style. Our first night we had no hot water and no pressure. Sent an email and they fixed it the next day. Note that most of island has salty showers, not like the sea but definitely on the salty side. The larger more expensive hotels have desalination.

Excellent place!!

This place was perfect for our island exploration! The hosts were incredibly helpful with everything and were so friendly. And wow, this location is exceptional. It’s right in between the main road and the beach - our favorite restaurant was a 1 minute walk (Ginger and Jamu)!

The AC didn’t work and the fan wasn’t quite cool enough.. we had a little discomfort sleeping at night. But we were always able to fall asleep eventually! Otherwise the facilities were fine for the value!

the location was amazing! maybe less than 50 meters from the beach. Quiet because it’ not on the busier road but on an offroad. Very nice staff!! they got us a motorbike when we arrived. clean and basic room. we only slept there so it was perfect for us.

there was a very loud fan in the room. We didn’t get the aircon remote so we thought we had to pay extra for it (we never asked from the staff so we don’t know) but it wasn’t a big deal for us.

Amazing location!! You basically get to live 2 minutes walking away from the beach. Super close to famous restaurant Ohana. Clean room, nice balcony, friendly stuff, eager to help with snorkeling trips around the islands. The bed was big, and the room well ventilated.

The shower situation wasn't the greatest, no pressure, cold water, bathtube without direct shower head above. We left after two nights, but maybe our room wasn't so lucky.

Very close to the beach. Hot water in the shower which is not common in Lembongan. And very cheap.

Very dark and kind of depressing room. Interior very old and worn out.
