The wifi was terrible

It was In a perfect location. Room was a bit musty but once the ac got going it went away. It’s to be expected with it being so tropical there.

Great service and great location

The staff at Ponduk Baruna Frangipani were so kind and helpful. Mitha in particular was amazing. she went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She is a gem! The rooms were beautiful, clean and spacious. The frangipani trees and gardens were gorgeous!!! I loved the frangipani flowers everywhere. The private outdoor seating areas were perfect and only a few steps from the lovely pool. We liked the location because it was halfway between the hub of the harbour and mangrove point where there is great snorkelling. we enjoyed having coffee with an oat milk option and delicious smoothie bowls at the restaurant on site. There are also loads of restaurants cafes, yoga shalas and shops nearby. Pondok Baruna Frangipani is top notch! We absolutely loved our time there and hope to return someday.

The fireworks that were going off on the beach were annoying and made it hard to sleep. This had nothing to do with The hotel and I heard some other business owners expressing dismay as well. I heard that tourists buy them and set them off. It would be great if it was banned because it affects so many other people who don’t want to party and just want a peaceful night.

The most incredible breakfast ever and the staff were so lovely to my elderly mum. It made the trip very special. Very close to diving too so I could walk everywhere.

I had to leave!
