Pondok Baruna Garden

Had a great stay. The staff were amazing from start to finish. My girlfriend uses a wheelchair and the owner went out of his way to help. He helped us book our boat over from the mainland (which docks right nearby) and was there waiting to help with bags. He also helped us again during checkout to get back across, which made everything way less stressful. The pool is genuinely excellent. It’s big, clean, and actually has a proper deep end. It’s used rarely by divers for training, but it's just a really good pool, not one of those tiny ones thrown in for the sake of it. The location’s solid too. A short walk to the beach and surrounded by some nice cafes and spots to chill. Also, bonus points for their dog Lolly. Would definitely stay again.

The fact we had to leave

We had a perfect 4 night stay at this hotel. The family that own it are super friendly and accommodating, they helped us book a manta ray snorkelling trip, hire bikes and they decorated the room for my boyfriends birthday. Really comfy bed, hot water and good water pressure, rooms cleaned every day and a beautiful garden with pool.

The only criticism I have is that the room got very light once the sun comes up so an eye mask is needed

Amazing stay here!! Couldn’t recommend enough. I was a solo female traveller and the staff were amazing and so kind. The place is a beautiful spot, the pool is lovely. The room is clean and nice with a fridge and air con. Bathroom is a little basic/ tired but does the job for the price! Great location with restaurants and bars at the end of the road but still a peaceful spot when by the pool and round the corner from the beach. Abel was amazing, giving me recommendations and trips on his bike. Would absolutely stay here again!!

Tired bathroom

Central location, quiet street. Easy access to the beach and main road. Where there were lots of bars and restaurants. Adel, the manager was really helpful with booking trips and transfers from the island

Quite, clean hotel with lovely garden and pool a short distance from the beach and cafes. Friendly and helpful staff. Great value for money. Our group enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend.

Proper seats on the verandah would be nice. But we found Lembongan to be the island of uncomfortable chairs 😆.

travelled with 3 young children and booked 2 rooms. Great location just steps from the beach. Clean and comfortable rooms. The manager and team were always so lovely and the garden and pool are amazing.
