"Just book it!"

10.0

Little touches by hostess, Hillary, like milk, beautiful cake etc, came out to greet us with big smile, beautiful location, quirky Lane to get to property but added to the charm of place. We are already looking at when we are going back. Amazing breakfast, filled us for the day! Home made butter to die for!

Coming home!

"A rare find"

10.0

We booked the junior suite which had everything required for a comfortable stay. it consisted of a small entrance. a living room with small kitchen area. The bedroom had an ensuite. The suite was centrally heated and double glazed making it cozy. There were plenty of windows which made the suite lovely and light. Both the bedroom and living room had a double aspect. The Juliette balcony had French windows providing us with a fantastic viewpoint. The decor was tasteful with lovely patterns on the curtain fabrics. A plentiful breakfast was served in the dining room of the main house. The communal lounge had a classical elegance as many period features were retained. Our delightful host, Hilary and helper Claire were friendly, welcoming and attentive during our two day stay. We felt very much at home.

Very friendly with nothing is much trouble attitude. Hilary was fantastic. The breakfast was brilliant with home made butter. with a good choice, fantastic coffee. In fact, I enjoyed them so much I would have it as my last meal on death row. The property is in a rural location, but it is only a short drive to Ross on Wye, The farm is a working cider orchard/brewery where Mike, Hilary's brothers runs, Ross on Wye Cider and Perry do a tour around the orchards and brewery well worth the money and really fasintingbto boot the most interesting being the cider tasting, who knew how rhe taste changes depending on the type of barrel used. Back to the guest house we were there foorv4 days plenty to do in the area. We enjoyed it so much we booked a weekend there hopefully during the aple blossom time.

"Broome Farmhouse felt like a welcoming home, a proper B&B experience with excellent food too"

10.0

My wife and I stayed here two nights for a short mini-moon in late October, Hilary was so welcoming and the house, grounds and our own little cottage style flat were beautiful. Situated a short drive out of Ross on Wye this was the perfect relaxing environment to unwind, with complimentary cider cake, ciders, coffees teas biscuits and a breakfast to die for. Especially enjoyed the fact there was no menu, whatever you wanted it would be freshly made to order, full English or smoked salmon with eggs, porridge, filtered coffee I could write a whole essay on how good this was. Will definitely return, and for longer, to what felt like a welcoming home, a proper B&B experience

There was nothing we did not like about our stay Excellent location for what we wanted, quiet! If someone wasn't looking for a relaxing time then they would be best booking in the centre of town The great addition is that this is a cider farm!

"Just what we needed and will look forward to returning soon."

10.0

Warm and friendly reception by Hillary. The accommodation has everything you could need and far more than you could expect for B&B. Fantastic breakfast with plenty of choice and excellent quality. Everything was cooked to perfection. Staff were friendly and attentive. Location is quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed watching the birds and squirrel eating the seed outside our window.

The accommodation is upstairs. It is a short distance for evening meal etc so you need a car (or be a fit walker as there is a pub across the fields)
