Breakfast is included, which is a nice touch. Coffee is good. The rest is all sugar and starch. Don't get me wrong, that is prevalent around the island.

One bathroom for up to 10 people is not too good. Not to mention, the rooms are on the second floor and the bathroom is on the first floor.

Good location near the beach. Easy parking in the street and good breakfast in the morning

Really poor maintenance of the place. The toilet was leaking water all over the floor, I had to stop it with a carpet. Defective shower tray and one broken mattress. Absolutely not worth the price

Everything was clean, the house has a good location: it’s close to the beach and shops. We even got an upgrade and had a nice room with a private bathroom. Breakfast was various. The staff was very friendly

Staff were very helpful and willing to help. It was all good. Breakfast was plentiful and included protein options.

It was quite nice accommodation near Ribeira Grande. The bathroom was common with other rooms, it is a little bit uncomfortable, but there are 4 rooms for 2 bathrooms, one upstairs and one downstairs. The bed is not too good yet. The breakfast was very basic, I’d like to have some vegetable.

We traveled as a group of three friends and found this place very clean. They even tidied up our room which we didn't expect. The breakfast was good and plenty. Will go back next year for a festival in town.

Beds were uncomfortable (you could feel the springs), furniture and house facilities were old. The worst part is that we saw several cockroaches outside the building, and a cockroach in the bathroom.
