Quite location, not far from center

I was traveling with my dog and I had chosen this house because it had a garden as shown in photos, thinking that it would be more comfortable for my dog. However, a new house was being built in the garden, and the entire area was a construction site. I paid an extra 20 Euro for my dog, but the property owner didn’t find it necessary to mention about this.
