La ubicació cèntrica.

És un apartament sorollós (tant per mala insonorització cap a exterior com interior) i amb poc manteniment (les esquerdes a la paret feien patir). La tovallola tenia restes de taques de sang (rentada però tacada). Llit gens còmode. L'entrada és complicada i en deuen ser conscients perque insisteixen molt a assegurar-se que entris abans de les 23.00 o que et caldrà pagar un extra si et cal ajuda a partir d'aquella hora. Vam acabar corrent amb el cotxe per arribar, de tanta insistència. Qualitat-preu no ajustada.
