Günstiger Preis, kostenloser Parkplatz, genug Räumlichkeiten für alle Fahrräder, schöner Balkon, ausreichend Kleiderbügel im Schrank, großer Kühlschrank im Flur für die Gäste...

Die Gästekarte (z.B. um kostenlos Bus fahren zu können) bekommt man - wenn man sich danach erkundigt. Kennt man allerdings den Hintergrund, ist es nachvollziehbar warum! Wer morgens gerne länger schläft, würde sich über etwas längere Frühstückszeiten freuen.
