Wi-Fi didn’t work
GBIt is perfectly positioned in the old town. Our room was very quiet despite the central location. The receptionist (whose name I should have asked) was extremely friendly and helpful and kind. We had a problem not related to the accommodation that she helped us with. We couldn’t praise her highly enough.

IEESLa ubicación fue increíble, literalmente en pleno centro histórico, con todo a pocos pasos. Pili, la recepcionista, nos recibió con mucha amabilidad y nos dio excelentes consejos/recomendaciones sobre dónde comer, qué visitar y qué hacer. Su atención hizo que nuestra estancia fuera aún mejor. ¡Sin duda volveríamos a alojarnos aquí!

JPフライトの関係でチェックイン時間を過ぎてしまいましたが、別の場所で対応してくださり、大変ありがたかったです。 お部屋のエアコンはないので、扇風機のみとなり少し夏には暑かったですがそれ以外はリッチも最高でとても快適でした！ また、週末の滞在でポストカードが郵便局から出せないことが分かったのですが、代わりに出して下さると言ってくれてとても感謝しております！ サンセバスチャンのポストカードが自宅に届くのが楽しみです♪ 最終日も早朝のチェックアウトでしたが、前日にタクシーの手配なども電話で対応してくださり、大変助かりました！ お部屋のエアコンはないので、扇風機のみとなり少し夏には暑かったですがそれ以外はリッチも最高でとても快適でした！
お部屋のデザインが東京をイメージしたものだったようなのですが、呪文のようでどちらかというと中国っぽかったです！
