Toni's Cottage

Zuallererst höchstes Lob an Toni. Sie war eine echt tolle Gastgeberin, hat uns mit offenen Armen empfangen und uns viele Tipps nicht nur für Graaff-Reinet gegeben, sondern auch für unsere Weiterreise. Das Cottage war mehr als das was wir erwartet haben: sehr geräumig, sauber, bequeme Betten, großes Badezimmer mit Doppeldusche und Badewanne, Ankleidezimmer. Leider waren wir hier nur auf Durchreise, so haben wir jedoch den Pool und die Gastfreundschaft umso mehr genossen. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Nothing

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Toni, the owner, is absolutely amazing — warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. The accommodation is beautiful, spacious, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax and feel at home. The pool is fantastic and was a real highlight of our stay, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious — fresh, generous, and clearly prepared with care. Highly recommended. We would love to return!

The host was extremely informative which is helpful if you have never been to the city area before.

Peaceful and quiet

This is a lovely cottage in Graaf-Reiner, with a wonderful spacious bathroom and cute garden with a pool. Toni is also one of the loveliest hosts and kindest people I have ever met. I was driving through the area with no place to stay, and she very quickly got the place ready for us which was perfectly clean/tidy and looked very nice, and even organised a wonderful dinner and cooked a delicious breakfast the next morning. The area is also incredible, with the mountains right outside and it is only a short drive to the Valley of Desolation.

Toni is such a great host - bubbly personality and went out of her way even making dinner reservations on our behalf. Large comfortable room, beautiful bathroom and a pool outside to cool down.

Outside area, lack of seating inside, poor to none existing WiFi, noise from inside the house, freezer compartment completely iced up. The pool was dirty and grass overgrown.
