The Yacht House

The bed was comfy and the room looked clean

Though the room was clean and comfy, the toilet was across the hallway. After a night of festivities, waking up frequently and going accross the hallway to the bathroom was a deal breaker for me. The parking was pretty far. The location was a let down too. The towels had bleach stains

The staff was super nice and accommodative! They helped with all our needs. The place was clean and we got the room with Dam view as promised! The house is in a safe and peaceful neighborhood. All the room facilities we working in order. There is safe parking, inside closed garage.

I am trying to think here, but there is nothing that i did not like. Everything was good.

The room was clean and tidy and we were well informed of the use of the rest of the guesthouse. The bed was clean and comfortable and the view was great.

There was a coffee station in the room with no milk or creamer and when asked for some, there was nothing available within the whole guesthouse. The aircon in the room did not have a remote, and had to be switched on and off at the electric box in the communal kitchen, but apparently it was being taken care of. The service from the staff was friendly and they were very helpful when the power went out and there was a roof leak after heavy rains. However, their appearance could be a bit more professional or at least dress more appropriately when attending to guests. In the morning there was just enough water to take a shower. The water pressure was very low and eventually by the time we booked out, there was no running water at all. Not sure what the issue was and did not report it.

The fact that there aren’t any toilets in the room and we share the toilets ? How on earth is that supposed to make sense ??

The location was at the center of all the activities we wanted to do. The rooms were neat and staff friendly

We booked separate rooms the other one. Was upstaris and the other downstairs, but we understand that it was the ones available as we didn't book on time. Next booking we will book on time to have close by rooms.
