The rooms were clean and neat

First if if you offer complimentary coffee and tea, actually ensure you placed it in the room. We got one teabag and no sugar, no milk. Secondly ensure you clean the kitchen out, we still had a previous guest's leftover braai in our microwave, stinking to high heaven. Thirdly ensure that your staff is on duty when they should be on duty to ensure rules such as silence after 10h00 is actually adhered to. We were kept up until 02h00 in the morning with people socializing eight outside our room.

Nice and clean

The pool was not very much clean. The plugs were not working in the morning we couldn’t warm up our food microwave was off and fridge also
