Well equipped kitchen, warm rooms, warm welcome by the owner

Creaky beds, an extra bedsheet or duvet would be nice. Also the air outside is filled with smoke and smog during heating season - not the property's fault but it's a minus for the location, you can't air out the rooms or just take a walk without feeling the heavy smell of smoke.
