The communication with the staff was very good, even before arrival - she even waited a few minutes for us. Then, when there was a problem with the unit, she came back and quickly arranged a new unit for us at the House Quarters, with a lovely view.

The unit was partially flooded when we arrived, perhaps indicating that no pre-inspection had been done. However, we were given a new unit within a few minutes.

The location is safe and quiet

The bed they have in the barracks room was so bad. We struggled to sleep and we decided to leave before the following night. I am so disappointed.
