Sehr schönes Appartement. Großzügige Zimmer.

Wir hatten leider Probleme mit der Elektrik. Zweimal ist die Sicherung raus. Einmal war die Wasserpumpe down so dass wir kein fliesendes Wasser über Nacht hatten. Fehler konnte nur über Rezeption erfolgen, die leider nach 17:00 Uhr nicht mehr erreichbar waren. Die hinterlegte Notfall Rufnummer in booking.com ist wohl die falsche gewesen.

It had everything we needed and the location was ideal.

I really appreciated the clever layout and openness of the space—sliding and folding doors seamlessly connected the indoor areas, creating a relaxed and spacious feel. The private pool and internal braai area were standout features, perfect for unwinding. The view of the ocean was stunning, and the beach was just a short walk away. Beach towels were thoughtfully provided, though the weather wasn’t quite warm enough for a swim. Overall, a peaceful and stylish retreat that’s ideal for a quiet weekend escape.

Some thudding noises from the connecting adjacent rooms were very prevalent.

The fact that the unit downstairs is connected to the rest of the house, yet you don’t know who’s staying down there didn’t have me entirely comfortable at night especially. It would also be nice to have electric blankets on the beds

There is construction going on at the property next door. The workers were working on the roof and would often stare into the property which made us feel uncomfortable. There is also a loud banging noise that is made every few hours. I had to buy earplugs when sleeping at night so that I do not get a fright in my sleep. There were ants all over the bathroom and some in the bed of the main bedroom which can also be annoying when you are trying to sleep and have ants crawling over you. We had to buy doom to spray on the ants main trails. There were also ants on the kitchen counters. The walls between the apartments are paper thin - we had a family with a little toddler next door and we could hear their conversations and when they opened and closed their farm style bedroom doors it was really loud. Lastly, hot water was an issue with this property. I understand the water restrictions aspect and we tried our best to use water sparingly. On the day we checked in there was no water. We had water for the rest of our stay but also bought water just in case the water ran out again. We also did not have hot water in the evenings which is not great when you are trying to do your nigh-time face routine.
