The view from the hotel was spectacular

There was no Fan and TV in the room, this could be improved. Also there were no notice boards to locate the way to the hotel.

Online price projection is misleading. there are only 5 rooms in the property, but pricing is done in such a meticulous way, that one believes that there are many options . Booking.com is party to such misinformation. After you book a room , you get call from Mr Shubham that your booking will be cancelled if you don’t make payment in next 24 hours, whereas site shows that no payment required for booking only card details needed.

Location was very good, Staff is very nice, polite and always ready to listen and take care. Breakfast is also pretty good.

I booked a 2 bedroom suite, the main room was good but the 2nd bedroom has some kind of weird humid smell that I didn't like. I am not sure if that was the smell from bedding or walls but will be good if property owners can check and take some measures to improve it.

well the road to the hotel needs to have sign board and lightning since it’s a narrow road

The location was great with a breathtaking view of the majestic Himalayas. The property is ideal for a break away from normal life. The staff was friendly, attentive and courteous. The food was delicious. Special mention for Mr. Shubham who always attended to us with a smile.
