Outstanding hospitality, and room is beautifully appointed, decorated and spacious. High comforts, with landscaped garden, gracious and very kind host - Will refer friends and return.

Nothing not to like

WHAT I LIKED about the place was definitely the aesthetic of it the pictures don’t do it justice…the place is truly beautiful and it was also super clean.It looked and felt like a vacation home… WHAT I DISLIKED as much as the place was beautiful and all one MAJOR PROBLEM i had was when i was checking in i had to wait by the gate for a long time trying to get them to open for me…they had an intercom but it didn’t seem to work…WORSE was when i was leaving for work in the morning i wanted to check out and wanted them to take the remote and close the gate when i was leaving they where nowhere to be FOUND i called them MULTIPLE TIMES over 8TIMES but no one answered i even went to go knock but no one came I FELT NEGLECTED as a GUEST…imagine if it was an emergency…I ended up running super late for work because i was conflicted if i should leave the gate open or what…i ended up leaving because even after 25 MINUTES of waiting no one responded! ADVICE TO THE ESTABLISHMENT you guys should consider having a key box where guests can leave their keys when they check out and you guys should consider having a gate that can automatically close on its own…besides that you established is TRULY BEAUTIFUL!

Everything, I was met by the owner, she showed me everything. The facilities are a five star rating. This is the best place I have slept in around Nelspruit and believe me I have been to many.
