My recent stay at Pepper Tree was unfortunately marred by a lack of hospitality and a confusing check-in process. While the location and facilities may have been adequate, the overall experience was far from welcoming. Upon arrival at the gate, I used the intercom to speak with the receptionist. However, when I entered the property, there was no one to greet me or provide any guidance. I was left feeling unsure of what to do next. The only indication of any check-in process was a sheet of paper with a long list of rules and a key left on a table. This impersonal approach was disappointing and created a sense of unease from the start. A friendly welcome and a proper check-in procedure are essential for making guests feel comfortable and valued. The absence of any personal interaction left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued as a guest. While the accommodation itself may have met my basic needs, the lack of hospitality and the confusing arrival experience significantly impacted my overall stay. I would not recommend this establishment to others seeking a welcoming and hospitable environment

Loved this venue. It was clean and beautifully decorated. We enjoyed a beautiful sunset out on the plot.

I had a wonderful experience! The breakfast was delicious, and the premises were immaculate, neat, and well-maintained. The staff were exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and attentive, prioritizing their guests' needs and treating them with utmost respect.

We were very chuffed to be given a luxury room . We were extremely comfortable and after travelling for 9 hours slept very well.. The breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. Thank you.
