The staff were incredibly welcoming and went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The play area for children was fantastic — spacious, fun, and well-equipped. We also loved the wide variety of options available, which made the experience even more enjoyable for the whole family.

The only small issue was the shower, which could be improved for added comfort, however the water was hot and we felt fresh before bedtime.
