We received a message a day before our arrival in Italian. When we arrived Villa Liberty was deserted - we called a number on the door and the person who answered spoke Italian and put the phone down. A while later a lady arrived who could only speak Italian, she phoned her son who told us to follow her to an apartment about 2 km away up the mountain. The apartment was ok but totally enclosed, warm with no circulation. We booked Villa Liberty because of the location close to the Terme and ended up 2km up the hill away from the Spa in someones apartment - with clothes covered by blankets on hangers - nothing like what we booked and paid Euro75 for. We came all the way from Germany and it was to late to find other accommodation.

Everything - although the apartment was clean.

Great to have air conditioning and a balcony. Lovely breakfast in the cafeteria downstairs. Very friendly staff who tried to help even though neither of us spoke each other's language. They kindly organized an early check-in and confirmed my car was okay in next doors car park. Thank you

Clean room

The place was beautiful, the bed was comfortable, it was very clean and the breakfast was amazing! The owner was extremely helpful and lovely, we also got a voucher with a discount for the thermal spa.

It's in between two really busy roads, so it's extremely noisy. You shouldn't stay here if you wake up easily.
