Aprtman je uzas Put do sobe je kao da ideš kroz rudnik ili labirint na ulazu nas je dočekao Kinez sa kojime je teško komunicirat jer uopće ne prica razgovijetno hrvatski jezik, jedva da smo se sporazmele. Cijeli aprtman je uređen u kineskom stilu. Pala sam po stepenicama jer su tako male i sve je nekako jako nisko…Nigdje nisu naveli da se ispod aprtmana nalazi kineski ducan i da to zapravo vode kinezi. Dobile smo neka dva mala jadna rucnika, jedva 2 čaeše i 2 tanjura, nema normalno pec ima nekakva jadna na struju na kojoj se neda ništa ni ispeći jer joj treba dosta vremena da se zagrije, ocisceno uopce nije bilo, dosta neuredno i nehigijenski. Djelimo terasu skupa s drugima, parking za auto je udaljen od apratmana dosta daleko što uopće nije bilo navedeno. Kupatilo da ne pricamo, dosta nehigijenski, jako staro, dosta tamno svijetlo je preloše. Našu sobu smo napustile jedan dan ranije zbog samog uvijeta sobe i privatnosti koju nismo ni imale ker su nam triput kucali na vrata, razlog k tome je bio zbog glazbe koja uopce nije bila bucna na mobitelu i zato sto smo bile na prozoru gledale i pricale. Dosta je bilo bučno izvan sobe, dosta se čuje buka sa ulice. Stari namještaj, krevet neudoban i tvrd. Po meni ovo ne zasluzuje ni 2 zvjezdice za ovakve uvjete. Ne preporucujem jer za te novce se ne isplati boravit u takvoj sobi. Jedva smo izdržale tamo boravit 4 dana i jednostabno odustale. Kinez nas nije ni ljubazmo ispratio kada smo odlazile, donekle je i bio sretan šta odlazimo, kako bi naplatio sve dane makar ovaj jedan dan niti nismo tamo boravile… odmah je objavio oglas da je taj dan slobodan koji nismo boravile.

Apartment No. 4, where I stayed, has a large double bed and a sofa, air conditioning, and a TV. The kitchen is separate, and within it, there is a small terrace. The kitchen has enough utensils for food preparation, and the stove is gas, but the oven doesn’t work. The entire living space is clean and tidy and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The property also has a large terrace where you can socialize with other guests or enjoy your morning coffee or meal outside of your room. The property is located in the very center of Biograd, and you can park in front of the building to unload your luggage. The owner will then show you where the parking lot is. The parking is located about 300 meters from the property, about a 5-minute walk, which may be a small drawback, but if you don’t plan on using your vehicle, it’s not an issue. Since you’re close to the center, everything is within easy reach – shops, bakeries, ATMs, cafés, etc. For good food, I recommend Konoba Steak House Max and Pizzeria Beštek, based on my personal experience. A 5-minute walk away, you have the Biograd Tourist Agency, where you can rent a mountain bike or an electric bike at a reasonable price.

Overall, everything was excellent, and I have no major complaints.

I like the host, i liked the room attendant and the location from the beach. I like ac unit.

I didnt like the stairs because i am clumsy. Everything else was great.
