就这个价格来说性价比不高，卫生一般，房间偏小，厕所浴室也偏小，没有吹风机，房间里用空调取暖，因此睡觉时噪音有点大，床睡在上面感觉陷进去，床品卫生状况一般，浴巾看上去不干净没敢用。屋里有一台冰箱。没有厨房甚至没有公用厨房，这是最不满的地方。

Everything was excellent!

The accomodation is located on a calm street with spacious parking and spacious rooms. What we found weird is that there is kitchenette with kettle, coffe maker, plates and cutlery, but no sink to clean it. Luckily our guest did take care of it for us, but we found this concept strange a bit.

Sounds transfer from room to room very easily, we heard our neighbours quite loud. Luckily they went to sleep soon and left before we woke up.

Frumoasa locația, liniștite, se mai aude trenul (fiind aproape) dar nu deranjant, are paturi mari, curat, frigider, terasa, masă în cameră, deci te poți descurca cu hrana rece seara sau dimineața.

Este totuși destul de departe de zoo și ștrand (acestea sunt poziționate una lângă alta) la 10min de mers cu mașina. Sunt 6 camere de închiriat la locație, deci destulă gălăgie. Nu ai ce face seara în curte sau zonă, jos fiind tot camere, nu poți sta afară că deranjezi pe cei ce au închiriat acolo și folosesc mesele de la apartamentele respective, iar să mergi în oraș la plimbare pe jos este destul de departe. Dacă vrei să speli ceva, poți doar în cameră la chiuveta din baie. Exista pe holul comun de la etaj un fel de bar pentru a face cafea, ceai, microunde, dar trebuie dus din cameră apă și spălat tot în camera la baie. Poți plăti doar numerar cazarea!
