我们是自驾，从波兰过来，提前已预订并支付了房费。由于斯洛伐克路上反复有情况，堵了好久，抵达酒店时已是晚上9点整，比我们预期的晚了2-3小时。超长时间开车，我很想好好休息一下。可没想到的是，我们无法进入酒店，打酒店大门上的2个手机号码也无人接听。我赶紧通过booking平台联系酒店，这时候才发现，由于我一直在用手机导航，没有及时查看酒店发来的3条信息和2个电话，酒店在信息里告知，他们18:50关门了。我赶紧将自己情况用信息告知了对方，但一直没有回复，期间多次拨打电话，均无人接听，21:46，我们只好开车去维也纳找酒店休息。这实在是很糟糕的体验，在我预订酒店时，并没有告知我需要什么时候关门不能进入，等到了现场，竟然关门，且还在21点这个不晚的时间，酒店门口留的2个手机电话均无人接听。
