Se non fosse per l'ottima posizione centrale, e da evitare, rapporto qualità prezzo assurdo €77 il 6 maggio una camera scadente tutto poco curato trascurato il 12 metri quadri anche doccia wc e lavandino in un unico ambiente phon bruciato, carta igienica un rotolino quasi finito, specchio staccato dalla parete la greca sulla parete attaccata in alcuni punti con lo scotch cinghia della serranda tutta lisa tubo per appendere abiti attaccato con lo stucco, e sospetto che non abbiano cambiati le lenzuola, tutto pessimo per sole €77 una notte, vergogna

Très bon emplacement en plein centre de la ville, à proximité des commerces. Echanges par message, je n'ai rencontré personne mais les messages étaient rapides, aimables et efficaces. J'ai beaucoup apprécié la salle commune, la terrasse et la cuisine au 5e étage, avec des produits de base, de l'huile, du sel, du sucre, du café, du thé etc. La chambre était simple mais confortable et très propre.

Il faudrait réparer la cuisinière à gaz, il n'y a qu'un seul brûleur en bon état, et quand on utilise du gaz pour cuisiner il faut être prudent.

Nice shared kitchen and rooftop terraces

Great central location and very comfortable and clean. As i was leaving i saw the housekeeping staff moving beds to clean floors thoroughly and wiping door handles. There is a shared kitchen on the top floor with a good sized terrace that gets the afternoon sun and great views across the rooftops to the mountains.

I rated this a bit lower for value for money only because I had problems booking. Thought I had a twin room for a reasonable price to arrive and find my booking not confirmed. Totally my own fault. Had to get a triple room through Booking.com which cost me €12 more than booking directly. Ended up an expensive option for a solo traveller; would have been great if sharing with 2 others!
