Perfect location and clean! The person who communicated with me prior and during my stay was so kind and supportive! Check-in was super easy. S/he even helped me find an awesome massage right across the street. S/he also helped me find bus/train stations.

Great location, easy to find, clean. Great communication from Nerea, with easy instructions for access. Perfect for a Camino pilgrim!!

Street noise, but it was Saturday night

Location was excellent for access to restaurants and museum, food, etc.

Although the online check-in system did eventually work and security system works well, I would have loved to have had a real person for checkin. Manager was accessible by phone. There was hand soap but nothing for shower.

Hôtel centre ville, chambre spacieuse, propre, petite salle d'eau fonctionnelle et propre, rue piétonne agréable avec commerces et bistros sympas, très proche de la gare, grand parking assez proche et gratuit. Cuisine commune régulièrement nettoyée, voyageurs respectueux des consignes, grande terrasse accessible de la cuisine.

Mobilier de la terrasse a un peu "vécu" mais c'est un détail....
