Super goede locatie, creatief ingericht, fijne douche, vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar.

Best gehorige kamer. Er liggen oordopjes. Vliegveld ligt dichtbij en in de ochtend veel duiven op het dak. Mensen op straat.

Modern, up to date appliances and equipment. Lovely decor and very nice common space for relaxing or eating meals. Good location for access to downtown activities, waterfront, historic fort and airport. Municipal parking nearby is workable with a phone app or 'coins only' for payment. Manage Marcos is very kind and helpful.

Expected 24/7 concierge meant someone was on location, so not for those new to the Azores, who rely on a front desk to provide travel guidance. Rooftop bird noises on top floor, bed uncomfortable for more than a night or two and staircases only suitable for carry-ons so perhaps also better for shorter stays. An information sheet or email, listing entry instructions, codes, including safe, area businesses in terms of what is available for food, shopping, pharmacies, post office, parking, etc. would be helpful.

Cute and clean accommodation for our one night in Ponta Delgada. The host was easy to contact and we didn't have any issues.

It's a noisy location and you can hear the pigeons as other reviews say. It didn't bother me too much but could be a no go for light sleepers

* Lage: Ideal im historischen Stadtzentrum gelegen, sodass man alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichen kann. * Zimmer: Schönes Zimmer im ehemaligen Dachboden * Gemeinschaftsküche: Sauber und teils gut sortiert Böden sind angenehm gegen Tritte schallisoliert * Gemeinschaftsbad: Sauber und modern eingrichtet * Marcos, das "Mädchen für alles". Er war immerzu freundlich und hiflsbereit

* Leider keine kostenlose Parkmöglichkeit vorhanden aber unweit von hier, am Campo de São Francisco, kann man günstig parken und ab 20 Uhr sogar gratis für die kommenden zwölf Stunden. * Eventuell bestünde die Möglichkeit das verschlossene private Badezimmer an das Zimmer zu koppeln, sodass das Gemeinschaftsbad anderen Gästen vorbehalten bliebe. *Mangelnde Dachisolierung: Bei Regen extrem laut im gesamten Wohnbereich.

Ubicado muy céntrico y en una zona cómoda para aparcar (zona azul pero no muy concurrida). La casa era antigua y bonita, la parte de la cocina salón muy completa. Buenas indicaciones para el check-in, lo que nos permitió llegar de noche de forma autónoma.

Olía un poco a humedad.

Nicely located in the centre, the place is very well decorated. You have everything you need.

A bit noisy at night with the airport nearby. The planes come close.
