PapaCrab Boutique Guesthouse

The boutique hotel is small and centrally located in Kamala

Lack of accurate info following arrival after office hours, at 530pm. We had a few issues with our room, which was rectified the following day... There was no communication from staff on useful info such as - not providing daily housekeeping - which we discovered upon request & replenishment of basic toiletries....even though I asked for clean towels, they did not provide these. We were not told there were beach towels...etc. etc. The room's safe had instructions for the wrong type of safe..... Hygiene was an issue on arrival as our shower smelt of urine & was slightly blocked. It was cleaned properly the following day (which ironically confirms it hadn't been cleaned properly before we arrived) Sorry paoa crab, you can & should do better

Nice clean rooms. Very kind and friendly staff

I missed having a big lamp in the rooms, there were only small bedside lamps, which was not sufficient, since all the rooms are on the ground floor and you need to keep the curtains closed for privacy, which makes the rooms quite dark. We stayed in several accommodations across Thailand, and this was the only one where drinking water was not provided daily. Also, of all the areas we visited, Kamala appealed to us the least. There is a strange canal flowing directly into the sea right on the beach, the water had a slight smell and wasn’t as clean as in the other places we visited.

Usytuowanie w centrum na pewno było plusem.

Niestety pokoj malutki, ciemny. Przyjęto od nas rezerwacje na 3 osoby co w efekcie dało zero przestrzeni. Nie było gdzie rozłożyć walizek. Ścisk okropny. No i cena z kosmosu.

Pokój standard niestety miał tylko drzwi szklane na korytarz ( lobby) , niestety nie można było być w pokoju kiedy nie były zasłonięte zasłony ponieważ każdy mógł zajrzeć

Very friendly and helpful staff, easy walking to everything. I would recommend this boutique.

Badezimmer etwas schmal geschnitten. Man sollte wissen, dass das Guesthouse an einer Touri Straße liegt und dort am Abend sehr viel los ist
