Der Zimmerservice. Die Hälfte der gebuchten Nächte wurde das Zimmer nicht gemacht. Auch nicht nach Aufforderung. Wenn das Bett nicht gemacht wird und die Handtücher nicht gewechselt werden ist das kein Problem. Aber kein Trinkwasser im Zimmer und der Kübel mit dem WC Papier nicht geleert, ist nicht so cool.
