Добрый день! У нас остались исключительно положительные впечатления о днях проживания в апартаментах! Удобное расположение, близко к морю, рядом все магазины. Сами апартаменты великолепные! Большие комнаты, огромный балкон, классная кухня! Придраться не к чему! Очень хотели бы вернуться на следующий год и на более длительное время!

I must say if I was impressed by the friendliness, professional approach and helpfulness of your staff. It is a rare commadity these days. By the way, always welcome to Canada.

I loved the two fish but what I would like to suggest to make improvement in your entrance and if possible make a bigger gap between the commode and sink counter. A person of my size can handle it but just imagine if I was a 250 pounder. You may get many people of my age for upstairs rooms if there was a little elevator

The rooms were clean and bed comfortable. The guesthouse felt very welcome and was centrally located with bars and restaurants right nearby, the beach only a few mins walk. Rooms are very fairly priced and we slept really well. The staff were so helpful and accommodating after arranging our transfer and having to wait to sort lost luggage.

The bedrooms are spacious, and the location is convenient, close to shops, restaurants and Kamala Beach.

We stayed here for a week as a family (2 adults, a 3-year-old, and a 10-month-old) and were quite disappointed. The biggest issue is the noise. The apartment is next to a very busy road, and the traffic noise is extremely loud inside the apartment, especially at night. Our kids had serious trouble sleeping. Which didn’t gave us a nice holiday feeling. When we raised this, it was not possible to switch rooms and also when we asked to check out 2 nights earlier due to the noise, no reimbursement was offered. What is good to mention is that the reviews on Booking are misleading, as they combine Papacrab Guesthouse and the apartments, which are in different locations. The high guesthouse ratings create an overly positive impression. In reality, the apartments feel outdated, the WiFi is slow, the lighting is poor and the bathroom gives brownish/orange colored water which we didn’t feel comfortable with to put our kids in bad. During our one-week stay, we also had to repeatedly ask for fresh towels and new garbage bags. The quality does not match the price charged.

Trafiken på den kraftigt trafikerade stora gatan när man satt på altanen men vissa av sällskapet upplevde det inte som störande.
