Pros: Big and Clean Room, Great Location Cons: No reception, slow water

The staff was attentive when we told them about the broken shower. Clean, safe, good location.

The electric sockets were not working and one caught on fire in the room next to our room. There was no water originally in our room, but it was fixed.

The location is right in the heart of the madness of Pattaya. Everything you could ask for is within minutes, including a Boots and a brilliant food court offering extremely good value food. There is also a McDonald's and 7-11 shop around the corner. The beach is around a 5 minute walk away. The owner/woman in charge was extremely friendly, welcoming, and accommodating. My room was spacious with a decent mattress and bedding. There was a TV in my room, but I didn't give it a test run. WiFi was no problems at all. There is also a laundry service, scooter rental, and massage parlour next to the hotel. People mention the noise a lot. Personally it didn't bother me and to be honest wasn't too bad from room 404. But, you can hear the songs - decent playlist. I guess if you're a light sleeper who struggles with sleep it could be an issue. The toilet / shower is dated, but who cares?

Music from bar is so loud that you have to talk loudly in your room. There will be no sleep from 4pm to 4am. This is not normal bar noise but with bass shaking room.

The location is hot in Pattaya All the facilities are door steps
