Morning shift staff was not supported.

Behaviour of staff. They told us checkout will be at 1 pm but started knocking the door at 11 am. We arrived at 6 pm and had hardly 4 hrs sleep

1 lady from the staff was so rude and they didn't give me sea view room, I had booked sea view room but she said we have already given that room offline to another person and it's not updated on the website yet and they charged me the same price for sea view room but gave me a bad room on 1st floor.
