Es una familia pionera de isabela que han empezado su negocio hace 15 años, están bien ubicados cerca de la playa y del centro, la atención fue excelente de sus propietarios, Volvería todas las veces, rico y fresco desayuno.

I really enjoyed Janet, the hostess!

Perfect location, to 2 minutes away from the beach, practically in front of one of the nicest and coziest bars in the island and with great service. Great wifi and good breakfast too. Special thanks to Janet, for making me feel like at home, taking care of me and helping me organizing the tours. I will highly recommend this hostal to anyone visiting Isabela.

The only thing - which is out of control of the management - is that I found a huge spider in my room a late night and I could not do much about it :D.

We travel as a family of 5 (2 couples and 1 single) so we took 3 rooms with private bathroom. First of all, highly recommend staying in the Isabella, second and very important Janet family is lovely, helpful and patient, service is very very good! Thanks a lot. They organized all the tours with good prices and good guides (3 different ones) they all went well. Breakfast was varied each day different and really tasty. Rooms are big and confortable. Near the hotel (some meters away) there is a great beach bar we went several times (there are beach games, nice cocktails, nice music, chill island style). Restaurants are also nearby. We also recommend to go to muro de lagrimas (with a picnic and water) and spend the day in the many stops they have. Thank you Janet family for all, we had a incredible time! We certainly recommend to spend your holidays here.

Beautiful location in view of the sea and almost direct beach access; and good quiet location on the western edge of town. Helpful host and lovely breakfasts. Even made us a pack lunch on last day as we had to leave before breakfast.

The hostess was absolutely incredible, looking out "for her girls." She was very responsive, very attentive. We had dietary needs and she took account this info for our breakfasts. The tours she suggested for us were GREAT, a good value for the money. We did A 1/2 day tour to Tintoreras and also a longer day going up to the Sierra Negra Volcano, which was a serious 4hr HIKE, but well worth it. Bring snacks in addition to the snacks provided. The hostess also offers laundry service w sameday turn around time, if given in the morning. The airconditioning worked really well, make sure you turn it off whenever you leave the room. Isabela was intense heat. Make sure you hydrate well. We asked for an interior room, so we didn't hear street noise. The second floor has a wonderful beach view from the balcony off the shared living room. The beach across the street is fantastic for sunsets!

The ONLY complaint we have is the water provided to drink was only desalinated and not filtered water. We opted to buy bottled water in 2gal intervals from a nearby store about 2blocks away. That is a much better option for international travelers. Maybe the national travelers it won't affect.

Wonderful hosts, very helpful with everything, great location, big room, comfortable beds, good breakfast, drinking water dispenser, aircon in the room, small shared kitchen in the ground floor where you can cook + fridge.

Wifi is good only on the ground floor, hot water was unstable, sometimes cold in the morning.
